Desperate times call for desperate measures in the airline industry. CEO of Ryanair to charge for toilets and sickbags. Although Ryanair has been conservative with their fuel surcharges, they have been over the top with add-on fees such as: checking in online, baggage, priority boarding and now possibly fees for toilets and air sickbags. I am all for saving money, but when the most important aspect of your business is being profitable and the client’s satisfaction is never mentioned, well maybe its time for a new model. I will be interested to see if bookings go up or if there will be a revolt from loyal Ryanair passengers.
